Apologies for the silence. I have had a few things going on medically which has led to a diagnosis of MS.

New Year's are all about new beginnings, new starts and moving forward.

Sometimes setting goals can feel overwhelming, but you may have been doing this without realising it!

If you look from the start to the end of last year, what changed? Something would have, so did you write this down, manifest it, did you plan these changes?

To move forward, change and grow, goal setting is a great tool to set those intentions and make plans.

Start small, one or two things you want to do in the next 90 days is a great start!

Whilst I am not an advocate of the whole 'New Year New You' Bullsh!t, I do like the idea of setting goals and making them happen!

So when thinking about your goals next year here are a few tips:

1- Set Big Goals
2 - Within those, break each down with 3-5 mini goals on how you are getting there
3 - Set Dates to these
4- Diarise and hold yourself accountable.
