Another session with Sara on Saturday morning. 💪🏼
Worked on some deadlifts this week, cranking up the weight. Also did some hip thrusts. Sara hadn’t done these for a long time but smashed out a few sets at 50kg, which she was very happy with. 60kg here, which I was also very happy with. 💪🏼
Always recommend training with like minded people - they’ll often push you further than you think you can go. ⭐️

A mixed bag during Colette’s last session. We started with some deadlifts, then moved onto a small cardio circuit including the prowler (or growler as Colette likes to call it 😂😂) To finish some landmine work for the obliques and side planks. Gave 💯 as always 💪🏼

Lindsey is one of my newer clients and although she is very active, she particularly wanted to start resistance training.
In this session, we worked on the bigger muscle groups and introduced deadlifts. 💪🏼
Lindsey’s back can be a bit twingey and like most people, her shoulders roll forward so started off gently so we can test the water re her back and build on her technique before making the weight more challenging.
Lindsey’s confidence in her ability has really grown and has now even mastered alternating step-ups…
*Lindsey if you’re reading this, you will know what I mean 😂😂
