We’re excited to launch our first ever Koru Battle Series event — a fun, challenging fitness race designed for all levels.

Expect:
🏃 200m runs between every station
🚴 Assault bike
🚣 Row
🎿 Ski erg
🏋️ Farmer’s walks
🎯 Wall balls
🔥 Burpees

All wrapped into an exciting ~30 minute race experience.
