You’ve been watching my Journey. There’s a few times you almost pulled the trigger and contacted me, but that little voice inside your head made you hesitate 🤔.
Guess what?? We are never fully ready. Those voices in our head, they happen to all of us.
So why am I writing this?! I was stuck with 45 pounds to loose after the birth of my son. I felt like a stranger in the body I had inherited and was convinced that this was my new normal. I was depressed, angry and uncomfortable in my skin and an invite from a mom friend changed my life.
Sometimes fear of the unknown is all that is keeping us from reaching our goals and changing our lives. I took a chance and you can too! Support, accountability, community and results! ❤️.

LIFE.... ITS HARD ⭐️

Working out is hard
Being a mom is hard
Finding time is hard
Eating healthy is hard
Staying committed is hard.
•
But, do you know what else is hard?
•
Looking at yourself in the mirror everyday and not recognising who is looking back at you.
•
Crying in the dressing room because you don’t like how you look or FEEL.
•
Being tired and lethargic and irritable because you are
Not taking care of your body. •
Consistently starting and.. stopping. Over and over again, year after year.
•
Change. It’s hard, but for me I picked the hard that made me grow, the hard that got me results, the hard that helped me feel completely and utterly confident in my own skin. •
The girl on the left? She was almost a year post partum, she was tired, she didn’t sleep, she was lonely, she couldn’t find a way to get back to her “normal self”. She she couldn’t look in the mirror without hating herself, she couldn’t get out of bed somedays because she didn’t know what she would wear, she fell into depression, she fought with her husband, she was just lost. All roads pointed to “this will be my life now”

The girl on the right? She took a leap. She received a message from a friend inviting her to a fitness challenge. She was scared! - would it work?!. Will I succeed ?. Will I fail?! . I don’t have the time!. I don’t have the money 💵, I have a gym membership already ( which I wasn’t using 😩) - But, I trusted my future with one click. Because I NEEDED IT. I needed something. I needed plan. I needed to be told exactly what to do. I needed support. I just needed CHANGE. But I also got so much more.

What I didn’t know was that, the one “Click” would completely change my my life. I have not only changed physically but, I have gained a community of AMAZING like minded women whom I get to inspire, share this journey without and cheer on everyday. I get to make time for myself with feeling selfish - I get to read the books I love without feeling guilty, I get to smile again because I’m happy, I get to wear the clothes I love because I can- I get to have MORE
Motivation?! Probably not.Decision to Start?! YES! Do you NEED THIS? Do you want MORE? Let’s do it TOGETHER ⭐

Where you can wear what you want, set it up hoe you want,and put your equipment any where you’d like 💪🏻
This is my gym!- I can workout along side my son, my trainer and I can press pause to use the bathroom anytime I please 😉

1. Chocolate Chips.

3. The amount of times watching Harry Potter or Greys Anatomy.
4. Times listened to The Greatest Showman soundtrack.
5. The sassiness of a Hangry girl.
6. Movies with
7. Old Navy Leggings
8. Drops of caffeine on a stressful day
9. Hugs and kiss from your child
And Most importantly.....
10. A large glass of rosè . JK.... kinda 😇😅

EEEEKKKK I’ve been waiting all week to tell you guys the news! 😛
🌟I’m officially getting certified in the nutrition program that CHANGED. MY. WORLD. 🌟

You guys know how busy I am with Elliott and everyday life ( I can’t even prioritise a shower some days 😭) I needed something simple and quick to learn... .

I just CANNOT diet. I love food too much.

That’s whyI eat a lot of it!

Knowledge is power! Stick to the food you love, clean them up a bit, but keep them greasy and sugary once or twice a week and then add in some extra veggies each day, drink as much water as physically possible and start cooking more at home, only by what you need to for each meal, look at INGREDIENTS not calories find what your body loves!

I bought this health for precisely £160, 18 months ago!.
I bought knowledge in how to eat. I bought my first bag of superfoods. I bought an incredible community of women who have inspired me towards this transformation. I bought into a platform that has led me to build a growing business.
That £160 with the best investment I’ve made my whole life....... and I go back and pay £5000 for it if I know what it would have given me today ❤️
