We all know this feeling, and in the airport especially with so much choice and the debate of what food to get, or to eat the plane food which you know is going to make you feel like s**t so…

*Fibre intake, 25g is a non negotiable, hence the stack of edamame beans.
*Protein standard, don’t hold back.
*Hydration so key, packed for the flight
*Satisfy your sweet tooth, it’s a chocolate rice cake for me.
*Personally I’m not a snacker, but if you are think protein & carbs, satisfy what your body needs, not just what your head wants.

There isn’t a magic cure, there is just basics you have to stick by, so when you land you are fully in the moment, not wishing you made better choices.

I have lost myself over and over through pregnancies, and through stubbornness, experience & knowledge I didn’t give up.

Mums please don’t give up, fight when it feels hard, fight when you’re exhausted, fight when you it’s the last thing you want to do.

I love a moment with friends, unwinding, chatting about the most pointless things and the things that you never get to talk about 🫶

ā€œ6 weeks postpartum after two pregnancies in under 2 years, I felt like I just didn’t even recognise my body, and for someone who had always loved exercise, I had fallen out of love with it, so getting started again felt overwhelming, I felt like I had a mountain to climb to get back to myself, but I was also ready to lock in for 6 months of maternity leave.

It was a lot of money to invest in something I had never tried before.

Yet I instantly loved the gym programming and was educating myself more around nutrition.

Once things started to click, everything started to fall into place and I started losing 0.5kg most weeks, and most importantly, it feels sustainable.
I don’t track my calories so I don’t obsess over food.

I have got the strength training bug! Fallen in love with strength training, can’t believe I ever went to the gym without a plan before!

I would really recommend this to anyone, it gives you such great structure and a little side project to work on. One hour for you and the rest of the day for your children, it has made me a better mum. I really look forward to going to the gym, and after a terrible night of sleep the gym sets me up for the day.

If you need a refocus, or feel like your gym sessions have no aim, this is such a great thing to do. Would especially recommend it to women on maternity leave.

You will never regret investing in your health once you see results.ā€
