🚨 THE FITNESS INDUSTRY HAS SOLD WOMEN A LIE 🚨

“Do this workout for slimmer thighs.”

“Do these exercises for a flat stomach.”

“Do this challenge to get rid of belly fat.”

Sounds great…

The problem?

None of it is true.

If fat loss worked like that, we’d all have six-packs after a few hundred crunches and slim legs after a few squats.

But that’s not how the body works.

Fat loss is a full-body process.

You can’t tell your body where to burn fat from any more than you can tell it where to grow your hair or what colour your eyes should be.

Your body decides.

What YOU can control is:

✅ How much you eat
✅ How much you move
✅ How consistent you are

That’s why I spend less time worrying about “fat-burning exercises” and more time helping people:

🥗 Eat better
🚶 Walk more
💪 Build strength
📈 Stay consistent

It doesn’t sound sexy.

It won’t go viral.

But it works.

Every transformation you’ve seen on my page has come from people doing the basics repeatedly, not chasing magic workouts.

The sooner you stop trying to burn fat from one area…

The sooner you’ll start losing it everywhere. 🔥

CLIENT SHOUT-OUT 🔥

Since January, Billi has absolutely smashed it, and honestly, I couldn’t be prouder of her.

In just a few months, she’s lost over a stone, dropped from a size 12/14 to a size 8, and completely transformed her shape, strength and confidence.

When we first started training together, Billi was hip thrusting around 60kg. Fast forward to today and she’s now hitting 120kg — double where she started. 💪

But what makes me most proud isn’t the weight loss, the dress sizes or even the strength gains.

It’s the person she’s become throughout the process.

She’s shown up consistently.
She’s trusted the process.
She’s put in the work on the days she felt motivated and on the days she didn’t.
She’s made herself a priority.

No fad diets.
No cutting out all her favourite foods.
No spending hours in the gym every day.

Just consistency, patience and a willingness to keep going when most people would have quit.

The difference in her photos is incredible, but the difference in her confidence is even better to see.

Billi, you should be unbelievably proud of yourself. Everything you’ve achieved has been earned, and it’s been a privilege to watch it happen.

The scary thing is, we’re not finished yet.

Sav’s first 5k 😍

Sometimes the things your kids learn from you aren’t the things you tell them… they’re the things they see you doing every day.

This morning, Savannah asked if she could come on my Sunday run with me.

She’s 8 years old and has never run a 5K before, but she wanted to give it a go.

Obviously, I said yes.

And honestly, it was one of the best runs I’ve ever done.

No headphones. No chasing a time. Just me and my daughter chatting away for 5K on a Sunday morning.

It also made me realise how much kids copy what we do. Not what we say.

They see us exercising.
They see us making healthy choices.
They see the habits we repeat day after day.

And whether we realise it or not, they’re always watching.

A memory I’ll never forget, and one I’m incredibly proud of. ❤️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

🚨 YOU DO NOT NEED TO “BE GOOD” ALL WEEK TO ENJOY A TAKEAWAY THIS WEEKEND 🚨

One of the biggest mistakes people make when trying to lose weight is thinking they have to avoid pizza, wine, brunches, chocolate, meals out, and anything remotely enjoyable.

You don’t.

You just need a plan.

Let’s say you’ve got a takeaway, a bottomless brunch, or a big meal out in 9 days’ time.

Estimate roughly how many calories it’s going to be and divide that number by the days you’ve got until the event.

So if it’s around 1,800 calories and you’ve got 9 days to go, save 200 calories per day.

That’s a couple of small changes each day, not starvation.

By the time the weekend arrives, you’ve already budgeted for it.

You get to enjoy the food.
You get to enjoy the drinks.
You get to enjoy the occasion.

And you still stay on track.

Fat loss isn’t about avoiding your favourite foods.

It’s about learning how to include them without sabotaging your progress.

Most people need more strategy and less restriction.

😮‍💨SUPER SOPH! 14kg GONE😮‍💨

Same woman.
Same mum.
Same busy life.
Completely different confidence.

Just look at the difference:

✅ Smaller waist
✅ Flatter stomach
✅ Less body fat around the hips and thighs
✅ More shape through the shoulders and arms
✅ Better posture
✅ Leaner, fitter and healthier overall

But here’s the bit I love most…

Every single item of clothing she started in is now too big. 👏

Jeans, leggings, tops, dresses – all hanging off her. The scales moved, of course, but the real transformation happened in her shape, measurements and confidence.

And no, this wasn’t achieved through:
❌ Cutting out carbs
❌ Detox teas
❌ Meal replacements
❌ Hours of cardio every day

Instead we focused on the basics:

👉 A calorie deficit that actually fit around her life
👉 High protein to keep her full and protect muscle
👉 7,000-10,000 steps per day
👉 Strength training 2-4 times per week
👉 Consistency over perfection

She still enjoyed meals out, social events and real life while making progress.

The biggest lesson?

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need a plan you can stick to for long enough.
