Something spookily sweet is coming next week… 🎃✨

Join us for our Annual Basking Babies Halloween Special — a little time to connect with your baby, meet other parents and make some lovely memories together 🧡

We’ll be mixing magical spells with some tickly baby massage, stretching out those clickity-clackety bones with gentle baby yoga, and finishing with some adorable BUM-kin prints to treasure! 🍑🎃

Expect baby massage, playful movement and sensory fun, all at your little one’s pace. Dressing up is welcome, but completely optional!

Epping Mamas, next week we close our 2026 books as it's our final Baby Massage and Baby Yoga courses of the year start next Tuesday, 6th October!

A little time each week to slow down, connect with your baby and enjoy a hot drink with mums who understand this stage of life 🥰

🌸 Baby Massage | 10.30am
Learn gentle techniques to help soothe and settle your little one, support relaxation and ease everyday tummy discomfort. Build confidence in understanding your baby’s cues, with a routine you can enjoy together at home.

🌸 Baby Yoga | 12.30pm
Enjoy playful stretches, songs and movement to support your baby’s body awareness, coordination and developing strength as they explore their next milestones.

Both classes are baby-led, with plenty of time for feeds, cuddles and getting to know the other mums. There’s no pressure for your baby to join in with everything — you’re welcome just as you are.

🌸 Baby Massage | 12:00–1:00pm
From birth to pre-crawling. Learn gentle massage techniques you can use at home.

🌸 Baby Yoga | 1:15–2:00pm
From around 3 months. Movement, play and time to connect with your baby.

There’s no need to have tried a class before, and soft play access is included. Bring a towel or blanket for your baby; we’ll provide the massage oil.

💜 What a morning at The Parent Hood! 💜

Today the lovely Ellie officially launched our Baby Massage & Baby Yoga classes at The Parent Hood in Harlow… and it was SO lovely seeing the room full of mums and babies. 🥹💜

If you haven’t discovered The Parent Hood Hub® | Community venue for hire in Harlow yet, you absolutely need to. It’s such a brilliant little hub for local families, with so many supportive classes, events and services for you from pregnancy right through into life with your little one.

And now Basking Babies is part of it too. 🦋

Our full terms begin NEXT WEEK and we have a few spaces available:

🧘‍♀️ Baby Yoga – Wednesdays 10:15am
From around 3 months to pre-crawling
A lovely mix of movement, songs, bonding, developmental play and relaxation – with new moves introduced as the weeks progress.

💜 Baby Massage – Wednesdays 11:30am
From birth to pre-crawling
Learn a full baby massage routine week by week, while enjoying a relaxed, baby-led space to slow down, bond with your baby and meet other local mums.

You didn’t need to attend today’s taster to join us – if you’ve been thinking about coming along, you can book straight onto the term.

Bishop’s Stortford mamas… this one’s my birthday treat to you 🎂🤍

I’m gifting 15 FREE places in each of our Baby Massage and Baby Yoga tasters at Great Hallingbury Village Hall on Thursday 24th September.

If you’ve seen Basking Babies popping up locally and wondered whether it would be right for you and your baby, this is your chance to come and experience it for yourself — completely free.

🤍 Baby Yoga | 10–10.45am
From around 12 weeks to pre-crawling

🤍 Baby Massage | 11.15am–12.45pm
From birth to pre-crawling, with babies 3 months+ very welcome too

We’ll spend some lovely one-to-one time with our babies, learn techniques you can use at home, meet other local mums and then stay for tea, coffee and some birthday cake 🎂

Our full Great Hallingbury courses begin the following week, so these tasters are particularly perfect if you’re considering joining us for the autumn term and would like to see what Basking Babies is all about first.
