JSB - Monday 6th March! ❄️
Another great session despite the hailstones!
This week we had x5 runners with a cheer squad of x2!
Todays group completed a Ladder session running;
3 mins warm up.
2 mins run / jog, 2 mins jog / walk
4 mins run / jog, 2 mins jog / walk
6 mins run / jog, 3 mins jog / walk
8 mins run / jog
I counted x6 runners out in Blackburn today during our session… Come and Join us..!

Nothing like a competitive game of ‘Tails’ to warm up our body and our facial muscles! 🤣😮💨🙌🏼

Another great session in the field today involving;
Walk / chat round the pitch.
Fun game of tails.
10 minute warm up.
Reps - x1 minute running / x1 minute recovery (8 reps in total).
Stretches / warm down.
Biggest attendance to date with x7 regulars, x2 new members and x3 cheer squad (children!!).

We more than doubled our numbers this afternoon, for our 2nd session. And what a day it was ☀️!
We had fun warming up with cone twist (it was a draw 🤣)!
We then left the field and went at our own pace, giving each other a 👋 and words of encouragement as we passed!
