Exercise session 1 working on 20-30 secs rest period after each exercise set completed.
Working on supersets of 3 sets each on upper/lower body and core.
Press-ups - 5/7/9/11 reps.
Lunges - 5/7/9/11 reps - a front lunge into a back lunge is 1 rep - alternate legs.
Plank - 30s/45s/1 min
Side Plank - 20s/25s/30s - remembering to switch sides.
Brilliant session this evening, everybody worked hard. Changed the format of the circuit up, leading to a more intense workout with active rest periods.

A Bodyweight Circuit every Tuesday 6-7 at St Wilfrids High School £3 per person.
Each exercise to help with Muscular Strength & Endurance with supplimentary Abdominal exercises.

It is an Intense bodyweight circuit and will help you achieve your fitness goals, whether they be weight loss and toning 2 muscular endurance and strength.
All over 16's are welcome with ab mats provided.
