The Blackburn Renegades delivered a statement performance in the Lamp Lighters League, overpowering the Beighton Bombers 26-1 in a dominant display that moves them up to 2nd place in Group C.

From the opening puck drop, the Renegades controlled every aspect of the game. Their relentless forecheck, sharp puck movement, and clinical finishing left the Bombers with no answer as Blackburn piled on the goals throughout all three periods.

It was a particularly memorable night for the Renegades’ debut players, with several newcomers finding the back of the net in their first appearances. Their contributions highlighted the depth and quality throughout the squad and added to an already impressive offensive performance.

Despite the lopsided scoreline, the Renegades never eased off the intensity, continuing to play disciplined, team-first hockey from start to finish. Every line contributed offensively while the defensive unit and goaltending remained solid throughout the contest.
