Starting Thursday 21st March at 7:30pm @ Dance Nation School of Dance Ltd we will take you back to the 80s with a class that suits ALL! 👱🏼‍♀️🧔🏻🧓🏼👴🏼

Starting with a warm up, going into our cardio work out you'll bust some cal-burning moves specially designed to target those problematic areas. After a short break, we focus on our bums and tums! To finish off, we take it up a notch with a high intensity workout before our finale, a cool down to celebrate our achievements! 🎉🤩🕺🏼💃🏼

Classes are just £5 per person 💰...

We launch a BRAND NEW class at Flip Out Blackburn on the small trampolines!

This class will focus mainly on core and has no acrobatic elements! This is great for those who want to start out in trampoline fitness or for those not wanting to jump through the air!

First class is FREE as video footage and pictures will be taken for marketing purposes!

Spaces as you can imagine are very limited so to book your free place message us.
