This weekends fixtures!

At Westholme School the Ladies 3s kick us off against Fylde Hockey Club, Ladies 2s take on Ulverston South Lakes HC, followed by the Men's 2s welcoming Leyland and Chorley Hockey Club and finishing off the day the Men's 4s play Kendal Hockey Club

Away from home the Men's 1s travel to Neston Hockey Club, the Men's 3s head to Horwich Hockey Club, the Ladies 1s take the long trip down to Clwb Hoci Eirias Hockey Club and the Ladies 4s take on 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛

🏑 FINAL PRE-SEASON GAMES DONE!

Our final pre-season fixtures are complete, with two Ladies’ teams travelling to Wilmslow and two Men’s teams at Bolton today.

Four great competitive games and some really positive performances ahead of the new season, lots of opportunities for our younger players to step up and get their chances to shine

Ladies 1s 1–1 Wilmslow 1s, a good result against a North Prem opposition
Ladies 2s 2–1 win
Men’s 2s 4–2 win
Men’s 3s 6–2 win

A big thank you to Wilmslow and Bolton for four excellent, competitive games and for hosting us.

🏑 WHAT A WEEKEND FOR CBN!

A brilliant weekend of tournament friendly games and festival hockey across the club!

🥈 Our Ladies finished runners-up at Saturday’s Manchester Grade 2 Tournament, while Sunday’s squad secured an excellent 4th place from 16 teams.

🏆 At Lancaster, CBN brought home the winners’ trophy, going unbeaten all day!

🏑 Back at Westholme, we hosted 14 teams and over 300 players and spectators from all across Lancashire at our U14 Beavers Festival, with CBN securing silver in the Championship 🥈 and raising over £1,000 towards club fundraising.

💙 A HUGE thank you to our 21 club volunteers who helped make the day possible with lots of our young leaders — from refreshments and umpiring to supporting the event throughout.

👏 And congratulations to Jack Caton, who passed his final assessment to become a Level 1 qualified and lots of young umpires starting out
