🤱Why Baby Massage?
Baby Massage has a wealth of benefits for baby and parents too!! As well as bonding and helping with colic and teething... baby massage also aids brain stimulation and development, helps growth, weight gain, teething symptoms, irritability... the list goes on!!
🤱How old should my baby be?
Baby massage is suitable from birth... there are some moves we don't recommend until after your babies 6 week check, but there is plenty you can learn and practice before then too!
It's also great for meeting other mums and making some new friends!
