Self care is different for everyone and I decided to practice it today. Firstly a few readings and working on being grateful for my life and then a refreshing walk with the hound whilst listening to emotive music followed by a session at the gym with more music and no external ‘noise’. I followed this up by going to the Roots Forum and then Preston. I should be huge by Saturday.

So I haven’t trained for nearly two weeks following a back pull then enduring stomach cramps and when my 6am alarm went off I told Shell “I’m not going to the gym” then thankfully the old conscience kicked in and I dragged my arse there. I’m glad I did 🙏🦍⚔️
