Unfortunately due to Mick's surgery being brought forward there will be no Fitcamp for the foreseeable future...

He is hoping to return approx mid August but there maybe a change of time and venue.

Who is ready for Fitcamp FRIDAY?

Venue - ST BEDES SCHOOL (park on the carpark on livesey branch road and walk down the steps to the Sportshall)
Time - 6-7pm

What a great community we are building of people wanting to get in shape!

The workouts are designed so that you work at your fitness ability, pushed by Military PT Mickey Preston who has 20 years experience 💪

Don’t let the kids be your excuse not to come 🤦‍♀️
9 years and over are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult joining in.

14 plus are welcome without an adult but we encourage you to take part 🙌

(No spectators as we need the space in the sportshall)

£3 per person
