Easy tips for increasing your water intake if you know you're not consuming enough:
1) Drink a glass of water upon waking up. Best way to hydrate first thing in the morning.
2) Drink a glass of water before each meal. Ensures that you don't overeat but a great way of remembering to drink too.
3) Fill a water bottle up in the morning and attempt to drink it before 5/6pm, this also reduces the risk of needing to wake up multiple times during the night to empty the bladder.

I often get asked if dark chocolate is good for you?
My simple response every time is, if you are replacing it for an unhealthy option that you currently consume then yes, it will be better for you in moderation. However, if you are trying to lose weight and begin to add it to your diet where you might not have been consuming those calories before, it will ultimately have the opposite effect. You may still reap some of the other benefits of it but it won't help you to lose weight. Also remember the calorie deficit rule ๐ซ๐ช
