Let me humour you today.. This is "comfort food" my way.. 😆
If chocolate and crisps are your way - thats totally not my business but your choice.
We can still share a movie, il just bring my own box. 😆 Dont comment on mine, I wont comment on yours!

I eat because my body needs it. Food is supposed to nourish not make you feel stuffed, bloated and sluggish. 😉
And yes, I would still get extra pounds pilling if I eat too much every day. 😂

Lets just respect each other's ways of comfort.

Them two have been absolutely amazing for the past 10 months. From no exercise to reaching consistency and as I moved gyms - totally adapting in training. Today they're absolute machines in the boxing setting!

Happy New Year!

Few facts for 2026:

➡️ From next Monday most gyms will look like Black Friday at Tesco.

➡️ Most of those new sign ups will stop before January ends but will keep paying till next year hoping to go back

➡️ Most of those people dont have a plan

➡️ Many will keep repeating this "New me" initiative for many years to come

➡️ Many of them won't ask for help until serious health issues creep up

Most won't realise until late in life that paying for good personal trainer for a few months, can shift mindset and break this life long cycle for good. 🙃

I will be looking for 5 of you who want to break that cycle and stop the "New year, new me" story for good!

Day 4 of the training plan usually takes it out of you the most. Yes, its smaller muscle groups but it can feel like an absolute achievement!

The things I prioritise during my more intense training weeks:

❤️ Sleep - you can see by my wrinkly eyes that ive not hit my goal last night but im trying to go to bed by 10pm.
❤️ Regular food intake - keeping meals regular and consistency throughout the week - helps to maintain your energy during recovery.
❤️ Prioritising "clean", whole foods to keep inflammation at bay and help the body rip the benefits of your workouts.
❤️ Rest - Always an active rest day in between.

I also run small group training suitable for anyone and no previous experience necessary.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6pm.
