PHYSIQUE UPDATE πͺπ»π’
(Excuse the sketchy posing and questionable face, big thought process on posting this but fu*k it π€£)
I have been on a cut trying to get my body fat down in preparation for a trip to Portugal this weekend, however Boris has absolutely shafted us so the trip is off π₯΄
However, Iβve still worked hard in and outside of the gym so wanted share my physique as of this morning. My belly has always been my stubborn fat loss area so my patience has definitely been tested hahah- slowly starting to get to decent body fat levels and some definition creeping out π
Iβm still gonna keep my cut going, get myself to a aesthetic level that Iβm content with, and try and maintain that for as long as I can this summer β
I hope youβre all enjoying your lives both in and out of the gym, that really is the main thing and why we do what we do ππ»

Why I donβt Like Cheat Meals βπ«
Most people will incorporate cheat meals into their diets when they start their weight loss mission- but this is something that I do not recommend. ππ»
This concept means that the individual will restrict the foods that they consume, apart from their once a week treat where they will go all out πππΊ
Restriction causes us to crave whatever we have been restricted from, which is why, for many people, a cheat meal can quickly turn into a cheat day, cheat weekend or cheat week. Binging can be so easy to do once you have that rare taste for something delicious π€€π€·ββοΈ
Assuming you track your calories, instead keep 80% of your food on point, whilst keeping 20% of your food βfunβ. So if you have 4 meals per day, thatβs 21 meals per week-that equals 4 βfunβ foods/meals per week. This lack of restriction helps reduce cravings, makes your diet model more sustainable and should make you much happier in general ππ€π»
