After a rain soaked match, our Hurricanes just came up short again unfortunately. However their efforts were not overcast by the result. A slow start to the first half meant we were already on the back foot, however a brilliantly fought second half allowed us to claw back two well taken goals by Niko. Unfortunately time had beaten us by then. Having said that, the boys played some excellent football and should be all very proud of themselves.

Our South Shore Hurricanes were narrowly defeated by FC Rangers on our game last Thursday 14th September. Disappointed with the result but not with the performance. Every player gave their all on the pitch, showcasing our improvements as a team with training levels matching performances. Two brilliant goals from Niko and a well converted penalty from Ryan allowed us to be close but fall just short in a tough contest. Man of the match during this game was Mason.

We won 5 - 0

A great game to watch today with fantastic defending throughout. We started off strong and continued this pace for the whole game. The first goal was scored by Finners within the first fifteen minutes.
In the second half we dominated the game and four more goals were scored by Harry, Joe, Niko & George. Overall, we dominated the game and we worked the ball nicely before scoring 5 clinical goals. On the whole each and every player played incredibly well to make the team succeed today.
Man of the match today was Joe, due to his amazing volley into the right corner of the net after a free kick and he never put a wrong pass throughout the game. Well done Joe!

Today a minutes silence was observed prior to kick off for Remembrance Sunday.
We had a 4-3 win for the Hurricanes against Layton Blues today. The opposition scored first then George started us off with a great first goal curling in over the keeper making the score level pe***ng. It was an end to end game keeping the players on their toes. Both teams kept responding with goals one after the other but our hurricanes came out on top thanks to two goals from niko and a first goal for harry. Well done boys. A well deserved Man of the match was Harry.

A brilliant performance from our Under 13's was rewarded with a 2-0 win. Another clean sheet thanks to some solud defending and some top saves from our goalkeeper Bradley. Two goals scored by Niko first a brilliant low finish beforr scoring a superb free kick late on to seal the victory. Some excellent football on show today and a very well deserved man of the match for Jamie. Well done boys.
