Callum comes with a wealth of experience in the female game, after previously coaching with PNE, Haslingden Ladies, Morecambe Women, and Fleetwood Town Wrens.

Andy Aspinall, First Team Manager: “As our club continues to grow, we have decided to reinstate the Reserves team. We are very excited to have Callum on board and looking forward to an exciting season ahead.

As a club, everything seems to be falling into place now, and we have big ambitions for the future.”

🏆 WINNERS 🏆

Well done to our Blackpool FC Ladies open age players for winning the Blackpool Tournament earlier today! 🧡🧡

The ladies played excellent over the course of the weekend, showing off our strength-in-depth and talent in our open ages 👏🏼

Impressively, the ladies went all the way through Day 2 without conceding a goal, on the way to lifting the trophy.

Another excellent outing in pre-season as we continue to build fitness, confidence and momentum ahead of an exciting 2026/27 campaign 🍊

Our ladies had a fantastic day out today, at the Rachel Duncan Memorial Tournament.

A mixture of our First Team, Reserves and u18s entered a team, unfortunately getting knocked out in the Quarter Finals on penalties, despite only conceding two goals all day! 🍊

It was a great day for our players to socialise and enjoy some football, before the pre-season training sessions begin!

We also had two more 16 year olds representing the open age ladies team for the first time. Well done to Lily and Bella for the debuts!

🏅 Under 14s – Carmen & Lyla
Brilliant displays from both players. Carmen scoring 2 goals, whilst also showing fantastic composure in and around the box to link up play with others. Lyla putting in a great performance in defence yet again, whilst also supporting her team down the left on attacks.
