Dear Members,

It is with deep sadness that we share some news we never imagined writing. After 25 years of serving our community, supporting your health journeys, and building a family within these walls, we must inform you that our gym will be closing at 8.30pm Friday 13th March.

Our lease was due for renewal, and as part of that process we appointed a local solicitor to act on our behalf. Unfortunately, they failed to carry out the actions required to secure the renewal. As a result, the landlord has chosen not to renew our lease and has asked us to vacate the premises.

This decision has been taken entirely out of our hands, and we are understandably devastated.

Despite this incredibly difficult situation, we want to make sure you are looked after.

Annual Membership Refunds
If you have paid for an annual membership upfront, we will be arranging a refund for you. Please send your refund request to [email protected] and we will get this processed as quickly as possible.

Exclusive JD Gyms Membership Deal
We have been working closely with JD Gyms (Blackpool & Cleveleys) to arrange an exclusive deal for Helio members. You will receive your first month completely free, followed by a second month at half price. The membership is no contract, so you have the flexibility to cancel at any time with no commitment. We hope this gives you a comfortable landing while you find your new gym home.

Your Konkr Points
Any Konkr points you have built up are still yours to use. You can spend these in the Konkr shop, which remains attached to the platform.

Looking Ahead
We are actively looking for a new, suitable location and we genuinely hope to be back in business when the right opportunity arises. Our commitment to this community has not changed, and we want nothing more than to reopen our doors to you in the future.

Running this gym for the past 25 years has been a privilege. We have loved getting to know each and every one of you, cheering on your progress, and supporting you through every step of your fitness journey. The thought of closing our doors is incredibly painful, and we are truly saddened that this day has come.

Thank you for your loyalty, your energy, your encouragement, and for being the heart of our gym for so many years. We will be here throughout the week to answer questions and offer any help we can.
