Just a reminder we are closed today (Monday) only, back open tomorrow.
(This has already been calculated into the class fee structure as we opened on a previous bank holiday to cover today’s missed lessons).

🌟 Our hearts are absolutely bursting after today’s performance! 🌟

We are truly overjoyed. What a pleasure it was to have you all backstage, the excitement, the buzz, the laughter, and the way everyone soaked up the whole experience together made the day feel magical.

We were so incredibly proud of each and every performer who stepped onto that stage. The comments we’ve heard from backstage, front of house and the audience have been nothing short of amazing. We are always grateful for the beautiful feedback we receive, but this year has been beyond anything we’ve ever heard before.

Hearing other academies and stage crew speak so highly of our students, their talent, their kindness, their behaviour, their happiness, it means the world to us. They couldn’t believe how wonderfully all age groups mix together, something we are especially proud of as a Red Shoes family.

A huge thank you to our wonderful chaperones who gave up their free time today. Those quick changes were no easy task, yet you handled them with your usual calm, skill and dedication. A special mention must go to Kerry and Amy, who travelled all the way to London to support the team especially with Kerry’s daughter no longer at the Academy and Amy having finished her training with us many years ago. Your loyalty and love for Red Shoes never goes unnoticed, and we appreciate you more than you know.

It was also so touching to receive kind good‑luck messages from our graduated students. Knowing you still think so fondly of your Red Shoes family means everything to us and we think just as much of you.

And of course, to our incredible Red Shoes families parents, grandparents, carers and everyone who supports our dancers not just during show season but all year round thank you. Your dedication, organisation and encouragement make days like today possible.
Not forgetting bringing props to the theatre, loaning us a steamer so our performers can look the best, steaming costumes and sewing back stage all truly superstars.

Our incredible Red Shoes West End cast will be taking to the stage at the iconic Shaftesbury Theatre next Sunday, and we could not be prouder. From our tiniest superstars at just 5 years old, to our amazing young adults up to 21, this team has poured their hearts, energy and passion into every rehearsal.

You’ve worked so hard together — supporting one another, lifting each other up, and proving what can be achieved when you perform as one big family. We cannot wait to watch you all shine under those West End lights. ✨

A huge thank you to all our parents and guardians for the lifts, the late nights, the extra rehearsals, the organisation, and the endless encouragement. Your dedication makes moments like this possible. ❤️

🌟 What a term it’s been.
So busy, so full, so bursting with hard work and magic that we barely had a moment to post — but trust us, every second was worth it.

Here are just a few snapshots from our fabulous exam season. Every single member of our Red Shoes family stepped into the studio with determination, passion, and that unmistakable sparkle that makes them who they are. They worked their socks off, lifted each other up, and truly shone bright.

Hi everyone, hope you’re having a great half term. Just a reminder we are also closed this week with the exception of London rehearsals on Sunday.
Those of you who have only had a week off hope you had a fab time and everyone that’s still away or off school. Hope you’re enjoying yourselves and enjoy the rest of the time.

Just want to wish our year 6 good luck in your SATs exams we know you started yesterday and great to hear they’re going well, we know how hard you’ve been working on the run-up to them. 

Just a message to say good luck in your GCSEs to all our seniors. I know some of you have already started, we know you’ll be fabulous. You have all worked so hard studying.
