We run regular Army type boot camps that are designed to push you to your limits and attain a level of fitness that is practical in terms of weight loss, strength gain and endurance. Our head coach Steve has nearly a decade in the Armed forces as a boxing and fitness coach and will help you to reach your individual targets and goals.
