Zumba for me is dancing beyond my comfort zone, learning dance styles while incorporating the fitness element at first you may struggle but with practise and continuation you will learn to 6 step meregue and salsa front and back and even a good old body roll.😁 You won't learn unless you come join me every Wednesday evening 6.30pm st christophers Church hawes side lane £6pp no need to book just turn up. 🥰

You don't have to be perfect, everyone makes mistakes but we learn, practise and improve, with time and effort you can embrace a salsa routine or learn how to 6step merengue, wind your hips to soca or finese your posture to a flamenco.
