“I started working with Rachel and Rebecca in September 2020, about five months after I had my second baby. I needed someone to give me a kick up the bum to get back into exercise and to start looking after myself again. The sessions are challenging but I love the time to focus on myself (away from the children!) and I feel much fitter stronger. ⁣

I have learnt so much about nutrition from all the online resources and the q&a sessions. Ive always struggled with my weight and body confidence issues. The most important thing that I have learnt is that these fad diets and quick fixes do not work and it is all about making manageable changes to your lifestyle and still being able to enjoy the foods I love. ⁣

With a lot of help and guidance, I’ve finally accepted, that the scales are not the only way to measure progress and being confident and feeling good is not dependent on the number on the scales. ⁣

I’m fitting in clothes that I wore in my early 20s before I got married and had my two kids and I’m feeling much more body confident and have so much more energy. I’m so pleased with my progress so far and know that I couldn’t have done it without all the help and support from Rachel and Rebecca.”

6 WEEK SUMMER SHRED!

This program is for any woman looking to take their training & nutrition to the next level as we approach summertime.

Whether it is to feel more confident in your swim suit at the beach, improve your fitness level for summer sports or activities with family and friends, or simply to get back into the routine of healthy eating and moving your body...we got you!

This is not about 6 weeks of over exercising and restrictive diets to be 'summer ready'. It is about finding a balance that keeps you feeling great while challenging yourself a little more to improve and get closer to your goals!

In this program you get:
- 6 weeks of group training 3 days per week
- Nutrition support
- Body measurements
- Weekly online check ins
- Support from a community of people
