Whether you’re a current member, past member, parent, friend, or family member, we’d love for you to join us and be part of the day. The more people we have walking with us, the more we can spread the KAF spirit and show everyone what our community is all about! 💕

We are always so proud of our students each week just for turning up for themselves on good days, bad days and everything in between - but entering your first comps is a huge testament to how you’ve all grown in strength and confidence here at KAF and it’s a pleasure to have you all with us and watch you blossom ✨

We’re super excited to be part of Poulton Gala next weekend 🥳 with performances from some of our AMAZING students including some of izzies kids along side two of students and who will be performing their competition pieces on hoop 🥳

We’re still looking for members to join us for the parade though and help us hand out flyers and spread the KAF word 💪🏼 and to support our performers at the Gala - performing at 1.50pm ✨

✨ Pole Tricks, Stretch & Conditioning is an incredible one of a kind class taught by our insanely talented every Tuesday at our Bispham Studio 💪🏼

Enjoy an hour of int/adv pole tricks and conditioning 8.15-9.15pm and then choose to stay for an extra 30mins of stretch to really level up your pole game 💁🏼‍♀️
