The result keeps us right in the mix and gives us every chance in what is shaping up to be a very competitive league campaign. It’s all still to play for!

A narrow defeat away to St Annes Old Links this week, with the match finishing 3-2.

Taking 2 points on the road at such a tough course is still a great result for the team 💪⛳️

The course conditions were outstanding as always, and the hospitality from St Annes Old Links was first class throughout the evening 👏

The league table is shaping up to be very tight, and every point matters — we’re continuing to pick up valuable points each week.

🏆 Congratulations to Tom Anderson on winning the Cartmell Final 2026 with a fantastic winning score of 69! A brilliant performance on the day to take the title 👏⛳

Well played also to Joe Powell and Stewart Poole for rounding off a very strong top three in a highly competitive final.

Congratulations also to Stephen Duckett on winning the Cartmell Final Subsidiary with an excellent score of 69, with Caiden Callaghan and Thomas Logan JNR completing the top three.

Another great result for Blackpool Park G.C. in the Fylde Coast Handicap League 💪⛳️

A strong performance at home saw us secure a 3.5 – 1.5 victory over Fleetwood Golf Club, with some excellent golf played throughout the evening 👏

Thanks to Fleetwood for a great match and good company around the course.

Attention now turns to next week as we head away to St Anne’s Old Links looking to keep the momentum going 🔥

🏆 Congratulations to Dave Bamber on winning The Council Trophy 2026 with a superb round finishing at -4!

A fantastic day of golf was enjoyed by everyone, with the course playing beautifully. Great scoring throughout the field made for an exciting competition and some brilliant golf on display.

Well played also to Phill Conway (-3) and Lee Murray (-2) for completing a very strong top three 👏⛳

A reminder that Presentation Night will take place on 20th June — we look forward to celebrating all season’s current winners together.

A tough match away from home this week saw Lytham Green Drive take the victory 4-1.

Despite the result, there was some fantastic golf on display throughout the evening, with several tight matchups going right down to the wire 👏⛳️
