A few exercises I throw in to my shoulder sessions!

When I don’t have too long I train shoulders as I don’t do too much on this muscle group but I do love training it as it makes me feel strong and gives me that definition and shape 💪🏼 I also like to hit a little bit of back too!

For us women we shouldn’t be frightened to train certain muscle groups such as shoulders or chest for reasons of ‘becoming bulky’ etc. Training them correctly keeps you in proportion and gain an all over strength! You need to train all muscle groups to get the best from your training 🙌🏼

9 MONTHS IN 9 MONTHS OUT 💪🏼

Photo on the left is the day before going in to be induced. Fed up, everywhere hurt, I hadn’t seen my feet for months and I was so swollen 🤣 photo on the right is today with our perfect boy a whole 5 STONE lighter.

I currently weigh lower than my pre pregnancy weight, lower body fat but most importantly proud of not just how far I’ve come but what my body has gone through and what our bodies are capable of to carry and grow a human being!

The most gruelling and challenging journey that I’ve put myself through to be where I am but it is SO worth it and I am forever proud of being a mummy to that absolutely gorgeous face 💙

If you and one other person want to get into shape together then get in touch with either of us.

The plans are tailored to your individual needs and goals. You will have full support from us throughout the plan and regular progress check ins. The plans can be gym workouts or home workouts whichever you would prefer!

The first photo is from a while back where my client was weighing the same weight she was when first starting with me just under 12 weeks ago.
Her transformation is insane and her motivation is above all incredible.

I am so happy and excited to say I am ready to take on my personal training sessions again! After a year off due to the pandemic and having our beautiful Theo I am ready to get back to working you hard!

I have got a priority list which I will very soon work my way through to get you booked in. I am not back full time so I have limited availability as for why I am doing a list.

A few exercises from one of my leg days!

Leg day is an absolute favourite of mine and I could genuinely spend about 3 hours in the gym doing legs.
I nearly always superset and I like to do higher reps. I also love going heavy with the weights. Mixing it up with some cardio squat jumps/jumping lunges until I get those jelly legs. I do not finish my session until my legs are jelly 🤣
I have loved my training at home and will still continue doing it as it fits in with having Theo but I absolutely cannot WAIT for that gym to be back open 🙌🏼

Feeling the best I’ve ever felt and have a beautiful baby to show for it 💙

This was just short of 8 months post partum 3 weeks ago and weighing in at 56.2kg 💪🏼 currently working towards my 9 months in 9 months out 👀

A total loss of 4 and a half stone and this feeling is one I thought I would never get back.
I look back to the days after just having Theo and they were the most beautiful and best days yet hardest days for my confidence. Never did I think I would be back in my original size clothes let alone look in the mirror and feel happy with my body but I DO 🙌🏼

Do I regret saying no to all the chocolate, cakes, pizza etc I missed out on over the months? Absolutely NOT because I wouldn’t be where I am today if I gave in. I worked crazy hard and recently I’ve been in a happy place where I’ve been back to a balanced lifestyle with my nutrition and absolutely LOVED putting myself through this.

Girls, you CAN do it. Whether you are a mummy or someone just wanting to change you can do it.
The whole stigma around c sections leaving you with a ‘pouch’ and natural births too, you CAN get rid of it.

If you want something so bad there is nothing that will stand in your way and stop you. Put in the work and get results it’s that simple.

ANYBODY can do it ❤️❤️❤️
