🍰 Water, Nocco and cakes will be available to purchase on the day. Please note cakes is cash only so bring ya dollars

Please see the schedule for the day ~ This will run as close to the allocated times as possible however please ensure you arrive on time for your weigh in and ready to warm –up if we are running ahead schedule and groups are able to start sooner.

Please be mindful of the warm-up areas and access to seating, we will do our best to accommodate everyone and we ask only coaches and lifters to be in the warm-up area.

Lifters are welcome to stretch or chill out on the mezzanine before, but we ask everyone else to remain in the spectator’s area.

There is a Starbucks 5 mins away from the gym, a Tesco Superstore and if ya have time we are a short drive from the beach if you fancied a stroll post lifting ☀️🏖️

Finally, cars can be parked on the road leading up to the gym however we ask that you do not park in front of the gyms shutters, please respect our neighbours and do not park directly in front of shutters, doors, or restricted access areas.

Spectators welcome and anyone who can help with loading throughout the day your help is very welcome 🫶🏼

Ahead of our Spring Open we are running a competition workshop with all the tips and guidance to help you prepare and have an idea of what to expect on the day!
