Continuing my journey of physical mediumship with Jo Bradley at her Hope Spiritual Centre in Blackpool.

I research consciousness and spirituality - not to sell answers, but to question the ones already being sold.

On Sunday I did my second online presentation.
Modern Spirituality Exposed — field notes from a longtime seeker.

I was nervous. Not about the content. About whether anyone would care.

They did.

People shared things in the chat I did not expect. Recognitions. Confusions they had been carrying for years. A few moments of genuine silence after questions that had no easy answers.

Someone said it confirmed an idea they had been sitting with for months.
Someone else said the nervous system piece was the thing that finally named what they had been living.
Someone said thank you for presenting something different.

That last one meant a lot.

I do not have all the answers. I never claim to.

What I do have is thirty years of field notes, a habit of questioning things including myself, and a genuine frustration with how much confusion the spiritual world generates in people who are just trying to understand their own experience.

I’m travelling to the UK to train in Psychic Surgery with Jo Bradley.

This isn’t something new for me. My interest in subtle energy work began decades ago after reading Betty Shine.
It stayed with me quietly in the background while life unfolded in other directions.

Now it feels natural to go deeper and refine the practice with an experienced practitioner.

For me this work is about awareness, precision, and integrity - not performance.

I’m looking forward to integrating what I learn into future sessions.

This is part of deepening the work I offer.

My work is for people who feel stuck, heavy, unclear, or out of balance.
It is for people who want inner calm and more awareness.
