Hi everyone,

Apologies for being so quiet and unavailable of late but is anyone around on Wednesday (12th May) morning?
Being as this is Mental Health Awareness Week, I thought we should get out and see some bluebells.
I know it's not our usual day but it's the only one I have free this week.

My first ever park run 👍🏻well chuffed with the time. Thank u Chris Szabo-Hemmings for making me run faster 😆

That was the lovely Caroline Stokes who ran the congested Wellesley course at Rushmoor parkrun in 27:18.
Suzi and I were the other BBs there! 👺
