Hard working 1:1's this morning!
Very well done ladies,you guys hit HARD (poor me!)
A few newbies starting with us this week,we now have a couple of places in our junior Karate classes,and 4 spaces in our Junior Kickboxing classes too.

Tonight's classes :-

Little Dragons Karate (4 + 5 year olds. 4:15 - 4:45 (spaces available)

Juniors Kickboxing 5-6 (Spaces available)

1:1's 6-9

ALL our 1:1's are 100% private, and available for Karate, Kickboxing, Kickboxing Fitness, circuits and general toning and fitness classes.
We also do 2:1 and 3:1 sessions too.

19/2/24 on the 2nd of February we welcomed Wyn Hughes and Tomos Hughes from Save a Life Cymru to the dojo to deliver a first aid course. This was open to students and parents. We had an excellent turn out and everyone did an amazing job! Diolch Wyn a Tomos!
