Paddle Technique Video Analysis

In an ideal scenario, regardless of the sport, coaches and athletes collaborate consistently to not only cultivate the physical fitness essential for the sport but also to hone the skills and techniques that empower the athlete to excel at the highest level. Paddling is no exception; it is highly technical, requiring effective water connection and stroke technique, as well as competencies such as beach starts and buoy turns.

Although our coaches may not be present daily to assist you with your technical growth, the utilization of video as a powerful tool allows them to collaborate with you in developing and sustaining effective techniques and skills.

Our coaches can leverage video to pinpoint specific aspects of your stroke, demonstrating what you may or may not be executing correctly.

This approach also enables you to observe your own performance, thereby enhancing your comprehension of their guidance and recommendations for improvement.
