Are you training… or just exercising?

There’s nothing wrong with exercise. It keeps you active, gets you sweating, and is always better than doing nothing.

But exercise on its own is often random. It’s based on how you feel that day. No clear direction. No real plan. No way to measure progress.

Training is different.
Training has structure.
Training has intent.

Training follows a plan built around progression.

It’s not just about doing more, it’s about doing what matters, in the right order, at the right time.

Exercise might make you feel tired after a session.

Training is what actually makes you stronger, fitter, and better over time.

If you feel like you’ve been putting in the work but not seeing the results you want… it’s probably not effort you’re missing - it’s structure.

If you want more clarity, more purpose, and a plan that actually moves you forward…

Meet Gregor and Jackie. Two of our Braw members.

It wasn't long until they were feeling the benefits of the professional coaching and welcoming community at Braw Fitness 🤩

Being too busy to start doesn’t mean you don’t care.

It usually means you don’t have a system that works for your life.

When training requires constant planning, decision making, or motivation, it’s the first thing to get pushed aside. Not because it isn’t important, but because it doesn’t fit.

Structure changes that.

Less guesswork.

More efficient sessions.

A routine you can rely on, even when work and life ramp up.

That’s what creates consistency.

Not waiting for the “right time.”

Not stopping and starting.

Not the yo-yo cycle.

Progress comes from training that works during busy seasons, not after them.

We take the guesswork out of training for our members. Braw provides a clear structure, a solid routine and coaching that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.

Thats how our members continue to make progress. Even in the busy seasons 💪

Our first Women's Health Morning was brilliant!

A chance for some of our female members to connect, learn and apply knowledge that benefits their day to day lives as well as in the gym.

It's a privilege to help our members beyond the 4 walls of the gym and amazing that so many want to dedicate some of their time to learning and improving.

We had Katrino who set the tone wonderfully with some grounding breathwork and yoga.

And two passionate speakers; Laura and Georgia (GVE Physio) sharing their knowledge on the female cycle, stages of menopause, pelvic floor function and how women can use that knowledge to improve how they show up everyday in life and the gym.

Very grateful for all of their contributions and we are sure that all the members took something away of value ✨️

Does the idea of joining a gym make you feel nervous or worried?

That’s how Karen felt at 63, stepping into a gym for the first time ever, nervous, worried, but she knew she needed to make a change. She took the plunge and committed to our 6 week trial programme and hasn't looked back.

Now? She’s feeling healthier and more confident and she wishes she’d done it years ago.

Braw Fitness is different. We take things personally. We are about the progress of every single member. We want everyone to be filled with confidence, improve their strength, fitness and health and always feel a sense of achievement.

So if you’re sitting there thinking, “It's too late to start,” or “I’ll feel out of place,” or “I don’t know what to do in a gym,” Karen was right there too. And now she’s loving it, feeling like part of a little gym family and celebrating every win.

Don’t let life get in the way of feeling this good. If Karen can start at 63 and wish she’d done it sooner, maybe today’s your day to take that first step.
