Let me paint a picture that might sound familiar.

International Women’s Day – Strength, Confidence, and Community
Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere.
At Results Gym, we believe every woman should feel strong, capable, and confident, not only in the gym but in everyday life.
That’s one of the reasons we launched our Ladies Only BJJ and Self Defence class at Results Gym Blairgowrie. It’s a space where women can learn real self defence skills, build fitness, and support each other in a welcoming environment.
No experience is needed, just a willingness to step on the mat and try something new.
Every week we are seeing women grow in confidence, push themselves, and realise they are capable of far more than they thought.

We’re Raising the Standard at Results Gym.
At Results Gym, we are always looking for ways to improve our service and help our members get better results.

Practical, structured advice that works.
This workshop is free for all members and will run for 60 minutes followed by Q&A.
It will be delivered by one of our qualified personal trainers, sharing principles that have been proven to work with real clients — not fads, not trends, and advice from coaches who are properly qualified.

Scottish Weather = Survival Mode
Days like today, with the weather being absolutely wild outside, I reckon half the town is looking for somewhere to hide.
Turns out some people have already perfected it 😅
This is exactly why the gym matters on days like this. Warm, dry, a bit of graft, a laugh with people who showed up anyway, then back out feeling better than when you came in.

Training when life is busy
My training is usually the first thing that tries to get pushed out, work runs long, there’s always something that needs done, and it’s easy to tell myself I’ll get back to it when things calm down, but I’ve learned that waiting for that never really works.
What I do now is adjust instead of skipping. If I’m short on time, I’ll get my main lift done and keep the rest simple, or I’ll get a quick run in, or even just go for a walk to keep the routine alive.
Those sessions aren’t perfect, but they’re the reason I don’t fall off completely when life gets hectic. Staying in the habit matters more than ticking every box.

We have several Level 3 qualified personal trainers in the gym, and they’re here to help our members, whether that’s with using machines, setting up equipment, choosing exercises, improving technique, or just giving you a bit of direction if you’re unsure.
You never need to feel like you’re bothering anyone by asking for help. That support is part of what we’re here for.
