A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of joining up with NOMAD MOUNTAINEERING & EXPEDITIONS ®️ and 999 RE:SET on the Trollheimen Triangle.

Over three day we hike through some of Norway’s most beautiful mountains area areas.

A big thank you for everyone that came along to raise money for the charities involved.

Such a great experience meeting lots of fantastic new people along the way.

Norway, with and .

Walking the such an incredible journey through the mountains. 3 days, 2 nights and a few kilometres in between. The distance doesn’t matter. It’s the people and the reason for being there that matters. The mountains in some way help us slow down help us connect with ourselves, the environment we are in and the people we are with.

I had the honour of meeting up with old friends and meeting some incredible new ones.

After listening to IONA FYFE engaging and inspirational speech at Lathallan School Presentation Day last Saturday, Minnie was so excited to spot IONA FYFE portrait among the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s distinguished alumni. 🤩

Minnie is spending this week at the RCS Summer Short Courses, taking part in the Introduction to Filmmaking course. She’s having a brilliant time so far and would definitely recommend it to any young person with an interest in the creative arts. 🎬🎥

Can’t wait to hear all about her filmmaking adventures!

When it’s good it’s unbelievable.

Bike packing on my ever reliable Trek 7000, no that’s not its age! Into the vast wilderness of Ben Alder.

On Sunday myself an .moran cycled and made camp, before heading up Long Leachas then around to Ben Alder and then Ben Bheoil.

Tuesday morning saw it a little over cast. But that didn’t dampen our spirits.

This time it was up and along the Lancet Edge. Gaining height along a rocky exposed ridge onto the high ground. Once up we took on the 4 Munros of Beinn Eibhinn, Aonach Beag, Gael Charn and Charn Dearg.
