🥋Black Belt Pre-grading 🥋. The second black belt pre-grading takes place this Sunday 16th march. Remember All red belts and above must attend ONE session every 6 months. If you are grading you must attend all 3. Please remember White donors only and remember full sparring kit

Just a reminder that our Tuesday class will be at St. John Ogilvie church hall. The church hall is round the back of the church. Enter the car park and make your way through the gate at the left hand side follow the path round and you will see the hall. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow 🥋
