Without stating the obvious, it’s very hot out there and the forecast gives it all week!! ☀️☀️☀️

Classes are still going ahead. I will open all windows & doors where possible to create a through draft and we will take drinks breaks where needed (please bring plenty of water!)

BARRE LADIES; if you have an old flannel at home that you don’t mind using; please could you bring it with you tonight! A darker one is probably best!! I’ll bring some too! To use instead of the hand towels as they are easier to wash and make your feet work harder!! 😜

This block, I am encouraging you all to free those feet and get rid of your socks for all my classes!!

I have to admit over the winter I haven’t been great at getting my socks off either so get those feet summer ready and let’s do it together!! I promise no one is looking to see if you have toe nails painted… it’s about feeling the floor under you and letting those toes do & feel some work!!!
