Pilates with Kerry

Introducing Sue! Sue will be covering myself while on maternity leave. Sue has a wealth of experience & will keep you in safe hands while I am away.

Sue qualified as a pilates instructor in 2013, primarily to supplement her business teaching pole fitness and aerial skills. Over the years she has taught pilates in a variety of contexts (including on the pole!), alongside her aerial classes. She currently teaches pilates at Age UK in Bognor, focusing on mindful movement and gentle stretching.

Feel very fortunate that over the last few years, we have created a lovely group that support & cheer on one another. I know all my wonderful ladies enjoy Pilates but it’s so lovely to have the social side as an added bonus. Those that couldn’t make it, we missed you & look forward to seeing you next week.
