Splish Splash Splosh 😁💦

I'm looking for 1 or 2 more fabulous ladies to join us on a Saturday @ 3pm every week from :-
June 6th to and including August 8th for my Paddle Fitness course on the canal in Bollington

All Wednesdays session places have now been filled 🥰 thankyou to all who have booked on so far 🙌

We've started our starter sessions and I have had such fun meeting you all and getting you all started on your paddle journey 🥰

What's included :-

10 weeks of 1hr 30 min sessions

With 2 starter sessions inclued before it begins (to get used to the board and be able to stand up comfortably)

Paddleboard, Paddle, Ankle Leash and Life Vest are all provided

A lot of my ladies have never done this and are wanting to try something fun while getting fitter and meeting others who are like minded.

We'll be gaining core strength, supplety and working out our whole body, from ankles, legs and hips to the shoulders, arms and more.
