As the suns sets on the 2026 cricket season we reflect on arguably the best ever season for our wonderful club.

The first team won the Cheshire County League Division One and head into The Premier League for the first time in our 141 year history. Our second team finished third in their league, the best performance for many years. Our third team finished second in their league and were very unlucky not to win the title. The over 40s reached the finals day, our fourth team was a resounding success as was our first ever ladies team.

Huge thanks to all our players, supporters, volunteers and sponsors. We are privileged to have a superb club and community that we are incredibly proud to represent.

Congrats to our first team all rounder and junior coach George Lomas who will join Cudgen Cricket Club for the 2026/27 Australian season.

Cudgen is the home club to former Bolly overseas Caleb Ziebell. Go well George, we’re all proud of you. 🏏☀️

Results from the weekend 👀

As you already know, the final didn’t go our way, but the 1st XI’s win on Saturday meant they have won the league and will be in the Prem next season 🤯

What a weekend of cricket and what a community we have. Thanks to everyone who has supported us all season 🫡
