Nursing a injury and out of action for a few weeks,
For the first time ever i had to pull out of and adapted crossfit competition last weekend and the FOMO was overwhelming,

Body Dysmorphia is hitting, missing being under the bar and missing trying to kill me daily.

But a set back is merely a set back and can’t wait for what the comeback will feel like 💪💪

What is Enable?

Enable is a CIC supporting adults with long term health issues which include both Physical and mental health. The group supports people in all sorts of ways. Through self management courses. Social gatherings. Peer support. Coaching and our latest sessions at RL fitness suite. Anyone is welcome and we are a friendly, supportive , safe space.
