When we started 6 years ago the aim was simple. To build a unique place to train where people can train hard and enjoy themselves.

We recently asked our members what they really think about Farmer Strong and one message came through louder than anything else.

It’s about much more than the workouts.

It’s the friendships made, the support from the coaches and the feeling that you can walk through the door without being judged or embarrassed.

It’s training outdoors, trying something different and being encouraged to push yourself whatever your current ability.

Yes our members are getting stronger and fitter, but they’re also building confidence, improving their mental wellbeing and becoming part of a proper community.

That’s what Farmer Strong is all about 🌾💪
