I am a huge fan of Anatomy and Physiology and spend a lot of time pouring over anatomical images and reading about disease processes. It's factual and diagrammatic often with flow diagrams.
I've also always been fascinated by the less factual and more experiential considerations about what those ancient yogis experienced in their himalayas caves.
Let's not forget that Yoga isn't a sport. It's a way of finding contentment within ourselves🪷
This is a blog written by my teacher Katherine Webb.

The first full moon of 2024 rose over Earth on Thursday (Jan. 25), in the form of January's Wolf Moon.
The January full moon takes its name from packs of hungry wolves that would howl outside native American villages amid the cold and deep snows of winter, according to NASA.
Moon on left
Sun on right
In Yoga, practices involving the left nostril are cooling like the moon and practices involving the right nostril are warming like the sun
