The largest schedule for Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the area.
We run kids classes 7 days a week. Twice a day, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Main classes are for 6+
We have a parent and child class for children aged 2 to 5 every Saturday morning.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great tool for developing confidence, resilience and social skills. This can set them up well for adult life.

Why compete?
I would highly recommend jumping onto competitions if you're looking to make big progress. Why?
You find out a lot about yourself. Pushing out of your comfort zone in the pursuit of growth.
You'll be more dialled in when you're training because you know it matters. You'll look after your diet and you'll up your strength and conditioning.
The result? You'll improve in all aspects of your life regardless of the results.

Full match from the weekend. Had fun and felt relaxed.
A lot of things here I've been working on with students in class. Deep half guard defence, wrestling to turn people over.
Mothers milk is a staple in my game these days.
What you do in the training room will reflect on the competition mats.

Only 2 matches but the goal was to gain ranking points for World Masters and No Gi Euros. Mission completed ✅
