Hypnobirthing isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about giving you tools that actually make things feel easier, during pregnancy and labour.

An hour or two now can save a lot of overwhelm later. Because feeling prepared doesn’t come from squeezing things in at the last minute. It comes from knowing what’s happening in your body. And knowing how to stay calm when it matters most.

If time has been your biggest worry, let’s talk it through.

“I went into this course as someone who was genuinely frightened. I’d been dreading my due date for months.

Aimee didn’t dismiss that fear or tell me to just think positive. She helped me understand what was actually happening in my body and what I could do to work with it instead of against it.

I practised the breathing every single night. Me and my partner listen to the MP3S and wrote our birth plan together ( he was converted from session one!).

When labour started I won’t pretend it was a walk in the park. But I genuinely felt calm. I knew what to ask for and I actually felt more in control than I ever thought I would.

Afterwards the midwife asked what I’d done to prepare. When I told her she said she could tell I’d done Hypnobirthing!

We’ve already told every pregnant person we know. If you’re on the fence please just book it. It changed everything.”

🏥 Hospitals can feel busy.

🔆Bright.

📣Noisy.

For some parents, that environment alone brings anxiety, before labour even begins. They’ll tell you “you’ll be looked after.” And you will be.

But in my experience, feeling calm in hospital often comes from knowing how to create your own sense of safety within that space.

✔️Your breathing.

✔️Your environment.

✔️Your partner’s support.

When you understand that, hospital birth can feel very different from what you imagined.

High risk doesn’t mean high fear.
It doesn’t mean you lose your voice.

Or your autonomy.
Or your right to feel calm.

You still get to ask questions.
You still get time to think.
You still get support.

Hypnobirthing isn’t about denying risk.
It’s about supporting you within it.

Midwives are incredible. And they’ll absolutely support you.

But they can’t know what you want if you don’t. And they can’t make decisions for you.

Going with the flow doesn’t mean going in blind. It means feeling confident enough to respond to what’s happening.

✔️Knowing your options.

✔️Asking questions.

✔️Feeling part of the process — not watching it happen around you.

That’s what Hypnobirthing supports.

✔️Calm.
✔️Confidence.
✔️Informed choice.

If you want to “go with the flow” and still feel prepared,

You’re growing a human, managing work, trying to keep the house from descending into chaos and someone’s just asked if you’ve thought about birth prep yet.

Birth prep? You’ve not even thought about what to pack in your hospital bag.

Here’s the thing though. The parents who feel most calm and confident on their birth day aren’t the ones who read every book or watched every documentary. They’re the ones who took a few hours to actually prepare not just for birth, but for the experience of becoming a parent.

And that’s exactly what my First Timers course is for.
In just a few weeks you’ll go from “I have no idea what’s coming” to feeling genuinely ready. Not because birth is predictable (it’s not) but because you’ll have the tools, the knowledge, and the confidence to handle whatever it looks like for you.

We cover everything. What your body is actually doing in labour. How to work with it instead of against it. What your birth partner needs to know. How to make decisions calmly in the moment. And what comes after, because the newborn bit matters too.

You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. You just need to start. If you’re due in the next few months and you keep thinking “I really should sort something out” this is your sign.

Drop me a message and I’ll tell you everything. No pressure, just a chat.
