What consistency does for you! She was 10 stone 11 after around january 28th! Focusing more on the weight training as shes coming to her final goal by slowly getting to her 9 stone 6/7 mark while packing on muscle explaining why she’s lost it slowly over the last 2 month. Super happy with the fast outcome, now super comfortable with anything she wears and them quads and abs coming coming on!💪 Alicia Bramwell

Abit about myself.. ive always been an average lean body type. This was around last year a progress i made in 3 months. I always thought it would take years to see definition. After research from when i was 16 till 24 i figured it all out because i always wanted to be ‘bigger’. By putting myself on a calorie surplus(bulking) for a month and a half then to cutting for another month and a half these are the results and that was from mainly eating.
I would go into the gym every day eat 2 meals a day and make no progress, i added strength that was it but no change i saw i just looked the same.

3 months progress! With one month on and off.. Super healthy diet, 3/4 meals a day plus snacks inbetween! Super proud of her consistency and now she loves doing it, get your diet plans now while they are cheap! Pictures of her body fat percentage going down and weight.
