Well grabbed 3 @ 220kg pretty happy, form looked a touch better still a little rounding of the back. Will drop down to 210 next time see if i can get more reps better form The Warehouse Gym Hindley .

Got the leg press up to 360kg for 2 sets of 8 felt pretty strong hoping I can get that 400 😬 numbers do start to scare me, think if this goes wrong am f@*ked 🙈😂 but they do say it should scare you a little otherwise did you even try ??

When the leg pump is real good leg session tonight mostly quad based putting the xmas lbs to work 🙈😂

Tonight got another amazing sports massage by FlexFit i had a issue on the left side of my rhomboid which Amanda Darby soon located and got to work on it and wow what a difference the tightness from my rhomboid to neck had gone and mobility was so much better. Thank you so much for fixing me up once again and getting me back in the gym 💪🏼💪🏼

Got an extra rep today on the leg press at 320kg 2 sets of 9 then back off set of 280 for 11 think i will put the weight up next session to 340kg 😬 they say the weight should start to worry you think its getting that way 🙈😂 Warehouse Gym Hindley
