FULLY BOOKED

✨ Something truly special is arriving at the water… ✨

I’m so excited to finally open bookings for Siren Serenity – Floating Sound Baths.

Imagine floating effortlessly on warm water while gentle crystal bowl vibrations travel through the pool, surrounding your body with calming frequencies. The water amplifies the sound, allowing your mind to slow down, your body to soften and your nervous system to completely reset.

This is an hour just for you.
No noise. No pressure. Just floating, sound and deep relaxation.

Perfect if you want to:
💫 Reduce stress and anxiety
💫 Clear your mind
💫 Recharge your body and energy
💫 Experience something completely unique

Spaces are limited as everyone floats on individual beds to create the most peaceful environment.

📅 27th March
⏰ 7:45 – 8:45pm
📍 Harwood

Message to book your space.

Come float with me and experience pure serenity in the water. 💦✨

Arm bands, confidence & why we do things differently 💦.

Parents often ask why, in adult & child lessons, I don’t encourage arm bands when children move into mainstream swimming.
Arm bands aren’t “bad”, but they can do the work for the child.
Children can look confident while relying on flotation, without learning balance, breathing or recovery skills. In our lessons:
• Classes are never more than 6 children
• Children are closely supervised and fully supported
• We build confidence without reliance on arm bands
You’ll often see us using woggles instead of arm bands or shark fins.
Woggles allow arm freedom, natural movement and help children actually feel their balance in the water.
The video shows two of our 3–4 year olds jumping in without arm bands and swimming safely to their carers. Calm, confident and fearless, because the confidence is real.

Our goal isn’t children who look confident because of equipment, but children who are secure, capable and confident in the water 💙

When your job description requires extra limbs 🧜‍♀️
Duty manager, lifeguard manager, teaching assistant, holiday club manager…
Plus swim school, mermaid experiences, safety, smiles, and organised chaos all in one pool 💦🦈

In our Sharks SEN classes in the hydro pool, the water does the teaching… if you know how to use it 👀

✨ Buoyancy reduces body weight and unlocks movement
✨ Hydrostatic pressure gives calming, organising input
✨ Viscosity slows things down for safer, more controlled motion
✨ Turbulence creates purposeful sensory feedback

These aren’t just fancy words – they’re why so many of our swimmers with special needs thrive in the pool.

For swimmers who find gravity, coordination, sensory processing, or body awareness tricky on land, the water meets them where they are and supports them exactly where they need it most.

Adaptive aquatics isn’t about forcing skills…
…it’s about using the water to build confidence, safety, and real progress.

Teaching with intention starts with understanding the water 🌊

Splashing straight into 2026! 💦

“Success in swimming comes from showing up, even on the hard days.”

A special proud moment for me. I’ve had two of our big girls since they were 4 years old and they are now in the City of Salford swim squad.
