It was the last Boot Camp tonight. No more burpees every Monday and Thursday. Thank you so much to everyone who has come to the sessions over the years. I have loved running Boot Camp and have made some great friends. For the last time 2, 2, 2, 2.

Thanks all for coming tonight. As discussed, I will be stopping running Boot Camp. We have just three sessions left, this Thursday and both sessions next week. The final Boot Camp will on Thursday 3rd March.

Hard work at tonight's Boot Camp. A circuit four times round which included bench jumps, burpees and an exhausting down and up run. We go again on Monday at 7pm in the dome.

A strong finish at tonight's Boot Camp, which included a reverse pyramid with lots of burpees followed up by shuttles. We go again on Thursday in the sports hall at 7pm.

Hard work at tonight's Boot Camp. Our arms took some punishment with a combination of bench tri cep dips and bench press ups and a tough burpees finisher. We are back on it on Monday at 7pm in the dome.

It wasn't easy at tonight's Boot Camp. We warmed ourselves up with burpees and finished with long shuttles. Smashed it tonight. We go again on Thursday at 7pm in the sports hall.

The abs took a battering at tonight's Boot Camp and we experienced the joy of burpees. Pushed hard tonight, have a great weekend. Recover and we go again on Monday in the dome at 7pm.

Monday's workout done and dusted. Great to be back in the dome. Just a few burpees tonight to ease ourselves into it. Plenty of press ups and medicine ball sit ups and some shaking arms as we held the resistance bands. We go again on Thursday at 7pm in the sports hall.

Hopefully everyone has recovered post Thursday's Boot Camp and our Saturday night out. We are back on it for our first Monday Boot Camp of the new year. See you in the dome at St Josephs at 7pm. I won't lie there will be burpees.

We eased ourselves back into it with just 110 press ups as an opener. We introduced our abdominals to the new year with 150 med ball bench sit ups followed by the plank. We also had a tough 3 round circuit which finished with a very hard down and up sprint. A tough one to start the new year, maximum effort by everyone tonight. Recover and we go again on Monday. Have a great weekend.

Burpee Bleep Test and Bring Sally Up doing both the press up and squat challenge. A bit of fun to finish our last Thursday session. By request we will be doing the Bleep Test on our final session on Monday.
